No. Our preserved moss designs are 100% maintenance-free. The moss is stabilized using a natural preservation process that replaces the water in the plant with an eco-friendly glycerin solution, so it stays fresh, soft, and vibrant for years without soil, water, or sunlight.

With normal indoor conditions, preserved moss keeps its color and softness for 8–10 years or more. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from humidity above roughly 70% and it will look the way it did on day one for a very long time.

It is real. Every piece uses natural moss harvested sustainably and preserved so it no longer needs light or water. Nothing is plastic.

No. Preserved moss does not photosynthesize, so it needs no grow lights or windows. In fact, direct sunlight can fade it over time, so we recommend hanging pieces out of harsh midday sun.

Yes. The preservation solution is food-grade glycerin and natural dyes. The moss is not toxic, though like any decor it is not meant to be eaten. Our frames use low-VOC finishes.

Every piece is made to order for a specific space, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. If you are unsure about size or shape, send us a photo of your wall and we will mock it up for free before you order. If the moss itself fades or sheds under normal indoor conditions, tell us and we will make it right.

Our installation team covers Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, and we regularly travel across Florida for larger commercial projects. Fill out the installation form and we will confirm your area.

After you approve your free digital mockup, most residential moss walls are handcrafted and installed within 2–3 days. Larger commercial walls and living green walls typically take 1–2 weeks.
