Shipping & returns

Where we ship

Moss paintings ship to every U.S. state, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to U.S. military addresses. We do not ship paintings internationally at this time. Full installations are performed in person across Florida.

Rates and timing

• Standard ground: $25, free on orders over $300. 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited: $65. 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Every painting is made to order. Lead times are listed on each product page and start when your order is placed.

Packaging

Each piece ships in a double-wall box with corner protection and foam so it arrives ready to hang. Hardware is included.

If something arrives damaged

Inspect your piece on arrival. If the box or the painting is damaged, email photos of both to info@biscaynebotanicadecor.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can take it up with the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

Every painting is made to order for a specific space, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. Please double-check size, shape, and frame before ordering. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the wall and we will mock the piece up in it for free.

Natural wear

Preserved moss is a natural material. If a piece fades, sheds, or otherwise deteriorates on its own under normal indoor conditions, contact us and we will repair or replace the affected area. Damage caused by direct sunlight, high humidity, water, pets, impacts, or moving the piece is not covered.
